To procure the Fuel Array, look at the back of the Escape Pod in the first stage and interact to pick it up.
Rex – Take the Fuel Array to the Abyssal Depths and give it to Rex. Once you reach the end, activate the Obelisk to obliterate yourself and unlock the Mercenary. Once this is done, you’ll be taken to A Moment, Fractured which has a lot of platforming. Activate the teleporter and defeat the boss to spawn the portal. On the third stage of the first loop, “A Celestial Orb has appeared” will pop up. This is a little tricky since you need to access this space through a Celestial Portal. Mercenary – First reach “A Moment, Fractured” and then activate the Obelisk. The Artificer can be spotted right next to the main merchant in the Bazaar Between Time. Activate the teleporter, defeat the boss and the blue portal should spawn. Once a Lunar Coin has been donated, the phrase “A blue orb appears” will pop up. To access the Bazaar Between Time, you can either wait for a blue portal to spawn or spend a Lunar Coin on a Newt Altar in any stage. Lunar Coins have a chance to drop from foes, so you’ll just need to keep playing and killing enemies until there’s enough. Acrid risk of rain 2 free#
Artificer – Spend 10 Lunar Coins to free this Survivor in the Bazaar Between Time. This is more of a playtime-gated Survivor than anything else but again, go for Drizzle difficulty for the least amount of fuss. As you play the game, the Engineer will be unlocked naturally. Engineer – Complete 30 levels in total. This can be done on Drizzle difficulty but Rainstorm, the default Normal difficulty, shouldn’t pose any issues either. MUL-T – Complete the first level five times. Play on the easiest difficulty Drizzle for the least amount of fuss. Huntress – Complete the first three levels. Commando – Unlocked from the beginning. Let’s take a look at each Survivor and how they’re unlocked.
However, as you progress, the conditions for unlocking other Survivors starts getting a little complex. Idea is that you're making a choice between Blight stacking (default) or Sustain+Damage (alt), with the slam being an inherent feature of the leap skills to allow Acrid to bring flying enemies to ground-level where he can fight them.You’ll start off with one Survivor in Risk of Rain 2 – the Commando – but soon, more Survivors will join the roster, each with their own skills and loadouts.
Caustic Leap slam airborne enemies downwards as well.Utility downwards slam force reduced 3200 -> 2700.I'll be keeping an eye on this to see how it feels. Main reasons behind this are that Blight is easy to stack, and Acrid's Regenerative skills all deal high base damage. Regenerative damage bonus reduced +20% -> +10%.

Number changing will not come until later when I'm confident the mod is in a good spot.
Added config to Enable/Disable Regenerative damage bonus and Utility skill slam. It still works though! It's just a hidden attribute now. Ravenous Bite heal on kill removed from the skill description. Ravenous Bite now reduces skill cooldowns by 1s on kill. Regenerative damage bonus increased from +10% -> +15%.
Removed dependency on AcridRegenFix because I felt it was making Acrid too tanky. Ravenous Bite cooldown reduction on kill increased 1s -> 2s. Regenerative damage bonus reduced 15% -> 10%. Ravenous Bite cooldown reduction description now matches the config setting. Acrid risk of rain 2 mods#
If you have any other mods that apply blight, go to the config and set the duration back to 5s, since this mod increases the duration by multiplying it whenever the game tries to apply Blight.
Blight duration increased 5s -> 10s, since 5s makes it near impossible to stack against crowds (and makes Epidemic pretty useless as a result).Place Savage_Acrid.dll in /Risk of Rain 2/BepInEx/plugins/ Changelog This skill is now Regenerative, and benefits from the aforementioned Regenerative changes.This skill now slams airborne enemies downwards with great force.Reduces all cooldowns by 2s and heals an additional 5% of your max HP on kill.Regenerative attacks now refresh the duration of all Poison/Blight stacks on an enemy.Regenerative attacks now deal +10% TOTAL damage for each stack of Blight + Poison on an enemy.Acrid's M1 hitbox is bigger and more reliable.Blight now refreshes its timer when new stacks are added.These buffs are designed to reward stacking Blight, while not doing much for Poison.
