What Sears advertised: “If it can’t be repaired. It’s heartbreaking and very frustrating especially when you took your hard-earned money and put a chunk of it into the items that these companies are promising only to be scamming you. I ended up tossing the robots and learning my lesson about purchasing through Facebook ads. If I remember correctly by the time it was all settled and done and all the fees were removed and I had sent back the robots I would have been $10 or so refunded. The fees to ship the robots back internationally ran $60. Shipping costs were my responsibility in the decisions. Those fees would be deducted from the amount I would be refunded. What PayPal decided was that the company owed me a refund, but they allowed this company to charge me service and handling fees This would have been after the delivery. I was able to prove intentional misrepresentation. I won my case against the site through PayPal.
I sent them all of this evidence as well. I also filed fraud against the company with PayPal. Turned all of this evidence into Facebook. I was steps ahead of them during their cover-up process. I had gathered loads of evidence against the scam site and had evidence showing what their ad looked like when I purchased and evidence of the changes the site made to their ads to cover up intentional deceit. I filed a complaint on Facebook about the scam and I know I’m not the only person to report this scam yet, Facebook has allowed these scams to continue working their platform for potential victims year after year.

Two years ago this month I ordered two of the Lawrence smart robots advertised on Facebook and did receive an item in the mail but it was a cracker Jack’s robot compared to what was advertised. I have been a victim of a Facebook ad scam.
